

Shipping and Handling
Once payment is received your order we will aim to dispatch it within 24 hours Sat / Sun Bank holidays exempt. If the item is out of stock you will be contacted with regards to the order.
Some of our pieces are made to order, Hand made and not produced on a mass scale, on these a delivery schedule of up to 4/5 weeks should be expected, however we will endeavour to get pieces to you as quickly as possible and will keep you updated during the order process.
Items are dispatched in their own presentation boxes and are packaged securely for transit, normally via royal mail Recorded & Special Delivery.
Orders up to £35.00 normally via Recorded and all items above that amount via Special Delivery.
Insurance for this is provided via royal mail. All items are insured during transit to a maximum value of £2,500 per order. For orders over that amount we will ship via alternate courier services.
Packages sent using Special Delivery Services require a signature on delivery. If no one is available when the package is delivered you may need to collect this from a local post office.
Most items or jewellery are P&P free unless otherwise stated, the Postage cost if there is one will be added to your order upon checkout, if you have any questions with regards to this please do not hesitate to get in touch. For reasons of security we will only ship to the billing address on the credit card when you order online. If this is not convenient please contact us and we will make alternate arrangement (we will need to verify your identity to do this).
Delivery Schedule
Postage is handled via Royal Mail but normally items posted are received within 1 – 3 days. International orders are generally received in less than 7 days.
Although we make every effort to ensure that you order arrives promptly and in good condition, problems do occasionally arise. If your parcel is taking longer to arrive than anticipated, please contact us. We will then track your parcel through the Royal Mail system. All items are sent Special Delivery and insurance is provided through the Royal Mail, with whom the responsibility for packages remains during transit. If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately so that we can take further action
Returns Policy
Your goods should arrive to you in good condition and as described. We are happy to refund or replace should the item be defective. Some items carry additional guarantees from the manufacturer.
Return of Unwanted Goods: Our satisfaction guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction with any goods that you purchase from us. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may contact us within 10 days of receiving your goods to arrange a full refund. Refunds will be made within 30 days.
Unwanted goods must be returned to us, in their original condition and with their original packaging and presentation boxes, within 14 days. Where goods are not returned in this time we reserve the right to arrange collection at cost to the customer.
If you would like to return unwanted goods please ensure that you contact us on +44 (0) 845 050 4565 or by e-mailing us at prior to sending them back. We also strongly recommend that returned goods are sent by Special Delivery with the appropriate insurance cover as they will only be deemed returned when signed for by us.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Whilst we strive to ensure that all goods reach you in perfect condition, there are unfortunately times when this does not happen. If you should receive damaged or faulty goods from us please contact us immediately via email or phone to arrange a replacement or full refund. A customer service representative will discuss arrangements for return of the damaged goods and issuing a replacement or refund with you.
Exceptions
For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns of unwanted earrings.
Items that have to be made or altered to a specific size or items customized or commissioned are also non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Postage and packing is not refunded on returned items.
All piercing posts are sterling silver and nickel free or 9 / 14 or 18 ct Gold.
When returning goods, it will speed up the process enormously if you remember to include your name/address, and where possible, your order number. Any items returned should not have been used or worn.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms above. Your statutory rights are not affected.
